Our Sanderstead provision is a semi-detached house carefully nestled within a peaceful residential area. Our home accommodates just three service users to ensure a calming and supportive environment is maintained and benefits from being located next to a nature reserve for service users to take peaceful calming walks to promote exercise and mindfulness.

• Specialist Supported living for adults with Mental Health difficulties, Learning Difficulties & Autism
• 24-hour staff presence
• Calming & Nurturing environments accommodating a maximum of three service users to ensure highest level of support
• Recovery and outcome-based support
• Escorted and unescorted leave
• One-to-One or Two-to-One support as appropriate
• Therapeutic intervention by selected providers
• Person Centred, empowering approach
• Pathways to own tenancies where appropriate
• A service user mix that is sensitive to gender, age and risk profile
