We are a company headquatered in South London providing Supported Living services but with provisions across the whole of London. We are connected across London by the vast transport network.

Lewis Khaka
Managing Director
Lewis Khaka formed care Advocates LTD as a solo operator from the company's formation and oversaw its growth over the years.
He is an experienced mental health and social care practitioner and is registered with both the NMC and Social Work England. In addition to this he is also a Best Interest Assessor and a keen advocate for autonomy and empowerment of vulnerable people.
Dominic Laval
Head of Operations
Dominic Laval joined Care Advocates LTD straight from University and started as a Support Worker before rising through the ranks to Head of Operations.
He is vastly experienced in dealing with complex cases and adept at drawing effective plans of care that keep vulnerable people safe. Dominic is also responsible for training the company's Team Leaders and senior support staff and setting up the company's safeguarding systems and agenda.
Faye Khaka
Headof HR & Compliance
Faye is reponsible for all matters compliance and human resources. Faye is responsible for ensuring that all regulator obligations are met within the entire company and that the company's labour practices are in adherence with the law.
Faye is registered with the NMC and brings a lot of clinical experience that helps our team gather the corrrect and relevant information to share with healthcare professionals when our residents are unable to articulate their distress.
Tinashe Chivandire & Binick Ngatchou- Team Leaders
Tinashe and Binick are our Team Leaders responsible for hands on day to day. They are part of our Senior Management Team and bring valuable information that influences company policy. Each team leader is responsible for leading 4 provisions within the Croydon and Sutton area.
They are very capable and valluable team members who are primed for bigger things in the company.
