Managing Director
Lewis leads the Care Advocates team and is committed to ensuring that all our residents achieve the best outcome. Being a Registered Mental Health Nurse and a Registered Social worker, Lewis has a good grasp of the needs of vulnerable adults. Lewis has extensive experience of working with commissioners in both the NHS and Social Services to develop care packages for some of the most complex cases. Working and collaborating with families to support their vulnerable loved ones remains a passion of his.
Operations Director (Interim)
Dominic is an experienced social care practitioner who has a deep understanding of our residents’ needs. He has been instrumental in developing multi-agency working partnerships that aim to further enhance the needs of our residents. He heads up all operations at Care Advocates LTD and is responsible for the day to day running of the company.
Team Leader
Tinashe heads up the staff team and is responsible for implementing the vision of the Directors of Care Advocates. He is currently studying for his Level 5 Leadership Diploma and is nearing completion.
Director (Compliance and Innovation)
Faye is responsible for all regulatory compliance and also leads the Human Resources function of Care Advocates LTD. She is very competent in staff development and ensuring the systems the company follows to keep people safe are fit for purpose. Faye is a qualified and registered Adult Nurse and brings a wealth of experience in good health promotion. She is very particular in wellness and healthy eating.
Senior Manager, Finance and Administration
Anne is Care Advocates’ own rock star! She ensures that budgets are adhered to and that all our residents’ needs are met within the prescribed budget. She manages the company’s finances and ensures the business remains viable.
